The recognisable mark, which we introduced as a novelty on the Slovenian market, enables lovers of marine delicacies full traceability of our fish. Thus, each PIRAN SEA BASS, immediately upon being taken out of the sea, are affixed a mark on the gill flaps, indicating the origin and the date of their catch.
