ACQUERELLO RICE - ORGANICALLY PRODUCED

Acquerello rice is organically grown carnaroli rice, aged and dried for 1 or 7 years using an exclusive method. It is grown, aged and packaged by the Rondolino family on the Tenuta Colombara farm in Vercelli, Italy. Acquerello rice loses very little starch while cooking, which means that grains will not stick together even when the rice is cold and dry. Grains of rice easily absorb a large amount of the water in which they're cooked, making cooked grains much larger, heavier and tastier.
