Fonda.si is a web store owned and managed by FONDA.si d.o.o. These general terms and conditions cover the operation of the Fonda.si web store, user rights and the business relationship between the web store owner and the consumer.

Ordering
Goods should be ordered no less than 2 days before the desired date of delivery. Any order submitted should include the desired date of delivery and a two-hour window for us to make the delivery to the location of your choice.

Orders can be submitted through the web store 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Before an order can be submitted in the web store, users are required to register or log in. By registering in the web store system, the Fonda.si visitor acquires a username and password, which can be used on subsequent visits to access the user's account and make purchases. The username and password link the user directly to any information entered.
In the web store, the user can choose from the products available and submit an order. After submitting an order, the user will receive e-mail confirmation of the order. The confirmation will include the products and quantities selected as well as the price estimate.

For buyers who made their order online, detailed information on the status and content of the order is always available in their web store user account. The e-mail should include the reference number stated in the e-mail order confirmation or order form.
The seller will package and send the goods within the agreed deadline and notify the buyer via e-mail. The e-mail in question will also contain instructions regarding the company's returns policy, contact details in the event of a late delivery and contact details for complaints.

In this event, the buyer will be informed of changes and given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose a different item. The provider will make every effort to offer the buyer the lower price or find a mutually satisfactory solution.
